Whether you are a newbie or an experienced professional, it pays to plan while hunting for a job. This way, you can avoid making crucial mistakes that may jeopardise your career. Here's some help.


  • Determine what job you want, a targeted search is the most effective.

  • Research on the top companies and find our if they have the kind of vacancies you are looking for.

  • Don't just depend on the internet for jobs. Take advantage of headhunters, job boards, job fairs, and networking events. Also, ask your friends, family and collegues as well.
